The room was spacious and clean, with new towels provided daily. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.

The staff were amazing, accommodating our early check-in and late check-out. Beds were comfy, and the air conditioning was great. Hotel Derby is elegant, with spacious and refined rooms. The location is convenient, near the metro and Hospital Clinic. The informative notice about the taxi strike was helpful.

During our stay here, we were impressed by the great location of this venue. Not in the tourist area, but still very accessible, we found it easy to connect to most parts of the city and certainly all the tourist hotspots. The room we had was fantastic, very spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of amenities offered, such as car hire, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, and 24-hour room service. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the place was immaculate.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely terrace in our room and comfortable beds. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the metro station and close to public transport. It was nice to be away from the crowded tourist areas of the city.

Unpleasant smell of sewage in the hotel hallway, which can be off-putting. Inconvenience caused by the deactivation of magnetic keys, requiring repeated reactivation.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice district, with easy access to various restaurants. Although not near any metro stations, it is situated on an almost pedestrian street, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the lack of soundproofing, as guests could hear noise from neighboring rooms and even the sound of water flushing.
